Improved Smart Searches
Now you can do a quick address search for active listings only by using the Smart Search feature, and selecting “address active”.

You can also search multiple listings at a time using Smart Search by ML Number.  Separate the listing numbers by a comma, or a space.

Enhanced Location Based Searches
You can refine your search results by property type, price range and radius.  These new filters allow you to target nearby residential listings, commercial properties and rentals.  Search radiuses can be set from .25 miles/kms to 20 miles/kms. 

Lists and Recently Viewed Listings 
We’ve grouped your most important lists together under the LISTS menu.  Use this to get quick access to your Active Listings, your Office Listings, Favorites and Recently Viewed Listings that displays the last 20 listings viewed. 

Entering Minimum and Maximum prices
Inputting numbers can be cumbersome, so we’ve created shortcuts to make it easier.

Price criteria can be entered as 500000 or 500k or 500g or .5m
